It is always a good idea to bring a lunch rather than to go out to lunch. You can also take a walk on your breaks. If you only have a 15 minute break, that is plenty of time to walk around the outside of the building. It will give you that boost of energy that you need to keep o
n working. Not to mention the fact that you will be losing weight and feeling great. If you walk on both of your 15 minute breaks, you just got in 30 minutes of exercise. This means that you will have an extra 30 minutes for your family when you get home.
Consider challenging yourself to drink more water while at work. Your company probably has filtered water which tastes amazing. Take advantage of this delicious water. When you get home, if you have had your eight glasses of water, you can drink whatever you like. You can also try green coffee bean extract, which helps your body shed unwanted weight.
You may consider asking some of your co-workers if they would be interested in joining you to walk on your breaks. This will give you the chance to visit for a minute.
